Most of our vacation rental properties are located within Las Palmas Urbanisacion which is abt 900 meters from main street Coco with it's bars, restaurants, shops etc.
Las Palmas Urbanisacion is a self contained community with it's own Italian restaurant "La Dolce Vita", Ice-cream parlour, beauty salon, grocery store, medical centre, etc.
All properties are 250-350 meters from the ocean and Coco Beach and abt 400 meters from the Beach Club.

All units have fully equipped kitchen and all bed linens and towels are provided.
There is a guest laundry facility on the grounds, but you can order a full extra cleaning which includes laundry for extra US$30.00 per cleaning.
Each unit is fully air-conditioned, has running hot water and cable TV.
The centre of Playas del Coco is a 10 mins walk away.
If you are planning to explore the country, car rental is recommended.
We can help you to rent a car at a good rate. Please come to our office and talk to our management staff there.
We can also arrange for you trips to all major attractions in the area. Please have a look at our tours package here.
Our terms of payment for rentals up to 3 month are as follows:-
50% holding deposit is payable at booking;
50% balance payment is payable at least 14 days prior to arrival;
US$400.00 security deposit is payable in cash on arrival and is refundable, if the unit is returned in good condition.
Our terms of payment for rentals 3 month and over are as follows:-
Our standard terms of payment for long term rentals are as follows:-
US$300-400 security deposit is payable at booking;
1st month rental is payable at least 3 weeks prior to arrival;
Last month rate is payable on arrival;
Then rent is payable 1st day each month, 1 month in advance;
Electricity bill is payable by the 20th date each month
If you are OK with the above, please let us know which unit you are interested in and dates of your stay as soon as possible and we'll send you a link for secure online payment.
We shall email you a reservation confirmation as soon as the funds are received.
